Frequently Asked Questions

Our most popular items are cookies cakes and s'more, chocolate chip M&M, and Circus White Chip cookies. 

At this time, we do not. However, some occasional exceptions can be made for those with a sensitivity or preference (not an allergy) to one of these ingredients if there's availability.  Only a few recipes have been perfected.

We cannot guarantee that our baked goods are peanut-free or tree nut-free as some items may contain traces of one or both or have ingredients made in a factory with tree-nuts/peanuts. However, we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination.

It is recommended to inquire about an order at least 2 weeks ahead of time.  For decorated sugar cookies, 1 month out is preferred.  However, please reach out to see what my availability is.  On average, 1-3 orders are only taken per week along side my 30-hour day job.  

I accept cash or card. All orders must be paid in full 1 week prior to when you need your product. 

I can only ship items that are secure within the state of Wisconsin.  For example, cookie cakes do not ship safely.  Customers will be charged a shipping fee.  

I do not.  It is vital that you pick-up your item within your window time frame.  If you are running late, I may not be able to accommodate.  It's vital that you communicate your estimated time of arrival and if you are running late.
